Arrival is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Departure is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 or departure between 06:00 and 08:00 incurs a EUR 40 fee to be paid

Arrival or departure between 00:00 and 06:00 incurs a EUR 80 fee to be paid

Upon arrival, a €500 security deposit will be required and refunded on the day of departure, unless any damage is observed.

Cannes Imperial does not accommodate children under 5 years old.

All apartments are non-smoking.

No loud noise is permitted after 10:00 PM.

When leaving the apartment, all electrical appliances and air conditioning must be switched off.

Trash must be taken out regularly.

Bath towels must not be taken outside the residence. Beach towels can be reserved for an additional fee.

Upon departure, guests must leave the apartment clean (including taking out the trash) and return all sets of keys provided at check-in. A fee of €150 will be charged for each lost set of keys.
